We can go off your measurements if you are confident and happy with us too. If you have measured the longest and widest parts of your room, you should be okay. However, if the floor covering does not fit you will be liable for the mistake and will have to repurchase a new piece. (Just get us to come and measure, its free!)

For any stairs and landings we will always want to measure this as its a bit more technical to measure than a room.

Yes you are more than welcome to take as many samples away as you like. Alternatively we can bring a few samples along when we come out to measure. We do have hundreds of samples to suit all styles and budgets so it is best to pop into store yourself to see the full range

We do offer a binding service which gets sent away on a Friday and gets returned to us the following Friday. There are various different bindings and webbings to choose from.

Yes we do offer a local delivery service at a small cost. We will not charge any delivery costs if we are fitting any flooring.

Unfortunately we do not fit for free. Nothing generally comes free and our fitters have bills and families to feed. We like to think our prices are very competitive, especially the final bill. Our minimum fitting charges start from £30 (and a cup of tea!)

A Felt-Backed carpet is a budget friendly option. It can go straight down to your concrete/floorboards and this will cut costs down on underlay and grippers. An underlay is still available with this either new or existing.

A Fleece/Secondary-Backed carpet tends to be more expensive as it will require grippers and an underlay, new or existing to be laid with it.

Vinyl comes in hundreds of styles and patterns to suit any taste and budget. It can be laid in any room and is an easily cleanable option. The floor it is being laid onto needs to be sound and smooth. Rolls come 2, 3 and 4m wide so allow for pattern directions if measuring yourself.

Laminate can be laid in any area of the home to give the real wood look for a fraction of the cost of the real thing. However we do advise to keep it away from the wet areas (Kitchen, Bath, WCs) as if any water gets underneath it, it can peak and blow as it is not waterproof!

LVT can be laid in any area of the home, with nearly endless designs, to give the real wood or stone tile look. It is the most durable option but comes with the biggest price tag. LVT gets stuck down and is much warmer and durable than laminate.
